A runoff election is ongoing for Denton City Council District 3. Early voting runs May 27 through June 3. Election Day is Saturday, June 7.

None of the three candidates for District 3 won more than 50% of the vote. The two candidates with the most votes advance to the runoff election. District 3 voters now have the opportunity to cast their final vote for the two remaining candidates in the race: Suzi Rumohr and Margie Ellis.

Only registered voters in District 3 may vote in this runoff election. District 3 voters may vote in the runoff election even if they did not participate in the first round of voting on May 3.
